Arrival & access control: Day 1 begins at 08:00 with ticket scanning and on-site badge printing in the foyer; lecture rooms remain closed until everyone is badged.
Block structure: Each teaching block = 5 talks × 15 min = 75 min. A digital timer in every room keeps speakers on schedule.
Room logic: Medical and surgical branches of the same organ system are never scheduled in parallel; they are placed one after another in the same room so no specialist has to choose between them.
Exhibition traffic: Every official coffee or lunch break is routed through the exhibition hall—sold as the “tour of the stands.” Badge scanners on both exits give exhibitors foot-traffic metrics and award delegates digital stamps.
